Combinations
Peptide stacks.
Combinations discussed in the scientific literature or in online communities. This page describes and contextualises — it does not recommend use.
Documentary, not a protocol
Combined use of unapproved substances has not been clinically studied. No controlled human trials exist for any of the stacks listed. The assignment to research areas is based on single-substance studies and is not transferable to combinations.

Wolverine Stack
BPC-157 + TB-500 — tissue regeneration
RecoveryMuscle growth
Postulated synergism
The combination of BPC-157 and TB-500 is the most widespread stack in the fitness and biohacking community. Both substances have been investigated in preclinical models in the context of tissue regeneration, but address different mechanisms: BPC-157 acts locally via NO signalling pathways and EGR1 activation, while TB-500 is thought to act systemically via actin sequestration and thymosin beta-4-like mechanisms. The community regards the combination as complementary — local and systemic regeneration in parallel.
Evidence
No controlled studies exist for the combination of the two substances. All available data come from single-substance animal models. Synergistic effects of the combination are speculative and not supported by any published study.
Community context
One of the most discussed stacks on TikTok, Reddit (r/Peptides) and relevant forums. The name derives from the fictional self-healing ability of the Marvel character Wolverine — a marketing framing without scientific basis.
Legal assessment
Both substances are on the WADA Prohibited List (S2). No EU approval. Import and possession in Germany legally problematic.

GH-Puls-Stack
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin — GH axis
Muscle growthAnti-aging
Postulated synergism
CJC-1295 (a GHRH analog) and Ipamorelin (a GHRP / ghrelin mimetic) activate GH secretion via two different receptor pathways. GHRH stimulates GH synthesis and release from somatotrophs; ghrelin agonists additionally amplify pulsatile release and inhibit somatostatin. In GH research it is known that combined administration of GHRH and GHRP produces synergistic GH pulses greater than the sum of the individual effects. CJC-1295 provides a depot effect (days), while Ipamorelin triggers an acute pulse.
Evidence
The synergistic GH stimulation by GHRH+GHRP is clinically documented — but for other substances of the class (e.g. GHRH(1-29) + GHRP-6), not specifically for CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin. Controlled human studies are lacking for this specific combination. Long-term effects and safety of the combination are not established.
Community context
Considered the standard GH stack in the bodybuilding and anti-aging community. Frequently used by US physicians in longevity clinics (outside clinical studies), which has contributed to its social-media spread.
Legal assessment
Both substances are on the WADA Prohibited List (S2) and within the scope of the German ADBG (DmMV). No EU approval. Possession may be punishable under § 4 ADBG.

Kognitiver Stack
Semax + Selank — focus & calm
Cognition
Postulated synergism
Semax and Selank both originate from Russian peptide research and are often described as complementary: Semax shows stimulating effects on the dopaminergic system and BDNF expression in preclinical studies; Selank is thought to act anxiolytically and to modulate the serotonergic and GABAergic systems. The combination is characterised in the nootropics community as 'focused but calm' — activation without anxiety induction.
Evidence
No combined studies. Both substances are supported exclusively by Russian single-substance studies that do not meet Western GCP standards. The postulated synergy effects have not been experimentally demonstrated.
Community context
Popular in the nootropics community on Reddit (r/nootropics), Longecity and in German-speaking biohacking circles. Both substances are approved as medicines in Russia and can be administered intranasally, which contributes to their spread.
Legal assessment
No EU approval. Import legally unclear; if classified as a medicine, § 95 AMG applies. Not listed on the WADA Prohibited List.

Longevity Stack
Epithalon + MOTS-c — cellular aging
Anti-aging
Postulated synergism
This stack addresses two different levels of cellular aging: Epithalon is thought to increase telomerase activity and thereby maintain telomere length in somatic cells; MOTS-c optimises mitochondrial function via the AMPK pathway and thereby maintains cellular energy homeostasis. The combination is framed in longevity circles as a complementary attack on nuclear (telomere) and mitochondrial aging.
Evidence
No combined studies. Both substances are supported exclusively by preclinical data (cell models, rodent models). Clinical efficacy in humans has not been demonstrated for either substance. The longevity interpretation is speculative.
Community context
Strongly represented in biohacking communities (Dave Asprey, the Peter Attia fan base, Bryan-Johnson-style protocols). Present on TikTok under hashtags such as #longevity, #biohacking and #antiaging.
Legal assessment
Both substances are not approved as medicines and have no regulatory classification in Germany. Not listed on the WADA Prohibited List. Import lies in a legal grey area.

Repair & Skin Stack
BPC-157 + GHK-Cu — regeneration & skin
RecoverySkin & hairAnti-aging
Postulated synergism
BPC-157 is investigated in preclinical models for systemic tissue regeneration; GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) is a cosmetically approved ingredient with documented effects on collagen synthesis and wound healing in the skin. In the anti-aging and aesthetics community, the combination is regarded as complementary: BPC-157 for deeper tissue repair, GHK-Cu for the dermal level.
Evidence
GHK-Cu is the only component of this stack with clinically documented effects (topical, cosmetic). BPC-157 has no clinical human studies. Combination studies do not exist. The stack as a whole has not been clinically investigated.
Community context
Present in aesthetics and anti-aging communities (TikTok: #skincareresearch, #peptideskinscare). GHK-Cu is the only element legally obtainable as a cosmetic.
Legal assessment
GHK-Cu is legally available as a topical cosmetic. BPC-157 is on the WADA Prohibited List and without EU approval. The combination as a whole is not approved.
