What is Peptica?

Peptica is a factual, scientifically oriented information site about peptides for the German-speaking region. Its goal is to inform in a structured and neutral way: about mechanisms of action, research status and legal classification — without advertising messages, without dosage recommendations, without sources for unapproved substances.

Methodology

Every entry is based on published studies that are linked directly (preferably PubMed). The evidence level is stated explicitly: preclinical, early clinical studies or clinically established. We consistently distinguish between findings from animal models and those from human studies.

Legal classifications for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the EU, WADA and the DmMV are documented as of the last review of the respective entry (date visible). When in doubt, classification is conservative and a note is added. Legal situations can change — this site does not replace legal advice.

Editorial standards

• 01No dosage information for human use. Study dosages are cited only in study context.
• 02No therapeutic claims. Language: “investigated in the context of …”, “preclinical signs of …” — not “works against …”.
• 03No sources for unapproved substances. No links to research-chemical shops.
• 04No injection instructions, no stack recommendations, no usage testimonials.
